REKLUSE RMS-8917000 RadiusCX 4.0 clutch assembly designed for Gas Gas models from 2020 onward. It features an updated EXP friction disk assembly with improved strength for high-temperature environments, crucial for heat clutch systems. The internal wall bases are redesigned to enhance strength and rigidity, providing a more connected lever feel for the rider. Outside, the friction pads match the proprietary design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates, aiding in oil flow and promoting better cooling and consistent operation.

The EXP 4.0 wedges now utilize rolling contact with built-in pins, reducing friction and resistance, resulting in smoother engagement and stronger power delivery. This update offers more direct power transfer, increased durability, and rider-focused functionality. Engagement curves have been adjusted to better match modern motorcycle engine characteristics, and there are more tuning options available with varying wedge weights and EXP springs for precise setup.
