Moto-House MX Return & Refund Policy
At Moto-House MX, we are committed to providing top-quality motocross, ATV, and UTV parts and exceptional customer service. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help you get it sorted out quickly.
1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged manufacturer packaging (including all original tags, boxes, manuals, and accessories).
Please Note: Any item that has been installed or mounted is considered used and is strictly ineligible for a return, as it can no longer be resold in brand-new condition.
3. Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
Due to safety, regulatory constraints, and manufacturer restrictions, certain types of powersports goods are entirely exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Electrical & Electronic Components: Any electrical parts, ignition components, or electronic systems (including turn signal kits, modules, or switches) cannot be returned once opened.
- Consumables & Maintenance Goods: Light bulbs, batteries, hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable liquids/gases.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Discounted or final-sale clearance items cannot be refunded.
- Gift Cards
4. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (at the sole discretion of Moto-House MX):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned with an opened or torn original manufacturer seal or protective film.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs from your original order are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We highly recommend shipping your return using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Moto-House MX cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. How to Process a Return or Exchange
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request a return or an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email our team at motohousemx@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA#).
- Once approved, safely package your item and include a note inside the box with your full name, address, phone number, email, date of purchase, original order number, RA#, and your specific request (Refund or Exchange).
- Ship your trackable return package directly to our main storefront address:

7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return package is received and thoroughly inspected by our parts technicians, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund officially posts to your account.
