REKLUSE RMS-8908008 RadiusCX 4.0 Clutch Assembly for Sherco motorcycles. It features an updated EXP (expanding friction disk) assembly with a base material designed for increased strength in high-temperature environments, critical for heat clutch systems.

The internal wall bases have been redesigned for improved strength and rigidity, contributing to a more connected lever feel for the rider. Friction pads on the outside of the EXP disk now match the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates, which helps optimize oil flow beneath the clutch pack, enhancing cooling and consistent operation.

EXP 4.0 wedges have been upgraded to use rolling contact with built-in pins, reducing friction and resistance, resulting in smoother engagement and more responsive power delivery. This design promotes stronger power transfer, increased durability, and a rider-focused functionality. Engagement curves have been updated to better align with modern motorcycle engine characteristics, offering more tuning options with different wedge weights and EXP springs. Suitable for 2020-2023 Sherco models.
