Moto-Master Fusion Series Dual Ring Rear Sprocket (48T / Black) 620073248 - KTM / Husqvarna / Gas Gas / Triumph 1983-2025

Product Description

The Moto-Master Fusion Series Dual Ring Rear Sprocket delivers the ultimate combination of long-lasting strength and lightweight performance for your dirt bike. Featuring a stealthy black anodized finish, this 48-tooth sprocket is engineered to handle the most demanding off-road and motocross conditions.

By utilizing a specialized heat-shrink procedure, Moto-Master permanently interlocks a hardened, nickel-coated steel outer ring with an aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum carrier. This CAD-designed and CNC-machined construction gives your motorcycle a sprocket that outlasts standard aluminum options by up to three times while weighing 50% less than a traditional solid steel sprocket.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will this sprocket work with a standard 520 chain?
A: Yes, this Moto-Master Fusion sprocket is designed for a standard 520 chain pitch on your dirt bike.

Q: Does the aluminum inner carrier sacrifice strength?
A: Not at all. The inner carrier is made from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum, providing high structural strength while drastically cutting weight, while the steel outer ring handles all chain wear.

Expert Pro-Tip: When installing a new rear sprocket, it is highly recommended to replace your chain and front sprocket at the same time. Running a worn chain on a new Moto-Master dual-ring sprocket will cause premature wear on the hardened steel teeth and drastically reduce its lifespan. Always apply medium-strength threadlocker to the sprocket bolts and torque them evenly in a crisscross pattern.
