Its antiballistic composite construction provides greater tensile strength and a longer fatigue life than aluminum while delivering a closer-fitting protective plate shaped for the motorcycle.
The composite material absorbs vibration and does not amplify sounds like aluminum plates. When hit hard, the plate can bounce back rather than permanently deforming, helping protect frame tubes and water pumps from damage. A high front helps reduce mud buildup on the engine, and mounting hardware is included. Made in the USA.
