The piston is heat treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, and its skirt is coated with a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite coating for a quicker break-in period and increased lifespan. Made from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content, this piston kit offers a replacement for OE parts and includes all necessary components.

Crafted with premium aluminum alloys containing 12-21% silicon, each piston also features a unique Molybdenum Disulphide (MOS2) coating that aids in the break-in process and minimizes wear.
