BBR's new D3 exhaust system for the Kawasaki KLX110, is a cutting-edge addition to BBR's renowned D-Section exhaust lineup. This innovative design features a high-quality stainless steel header that has been meticulously tuned to optimize performance and deliver substantial power gains. Furthermore, the lightweight "D" profile muffler significantly reduces the overall weight of your bike. With BBR's unique "D" muffler, tire clearance is maximized, and ample packing volume is ensured. Adding to its appeal, the carbon fiber endcap boasts a chrome "D3" emblem, enhancing the exhaust's aesthetics. The head shield, crafted from carbon fiber, is fitted with drilled "Works Type" washers, further elevating the overall design.

The BBR D3 exhaust comes as a complete full system, consisting of both the header and muffler. Additionally, it includes a USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester. If noise reduction is required, BBR offers an optional Cancel Core Insert, giving you the ability to keep the peace with your neighbors.

With every BBR D3 exhaust purchase, you will receive a rubber end plug, specifically designed for easy bike washing, as well as a spring puller to facilitate installation.
